In 2019, he founded Franco Construction Company with a vision to bring precision, accountability, and craftsmanship to every project. His leadership is driven by an unwavering attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. Known for his sharp eye and practical expertise, he ensures that each project meets the highest standards — both in execution and final delivery.

Under his direction, FCC has earned a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and excellence across commercial interiors in Northern Virginia and the D.C. metro area.

Johnny's journey in construction began by watching his father work tirelessly in the field for decades. Through observing his father’s attention to detail and leadership as a foreman, Johnny recognized the potential to build something greater — a company rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and efficiency.

In 2019, Johnny helped spearhead the launch of Franco Construction Company, bringing a fresh perspective and a strategic mindset to the business. As Vice President, he has played a critical role in driving the company’s presence in the commercial market, leading estimating efforts, securing new business, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Johnny works closely with clients, general contractors, and field teams to ensure every project is delivered with the precision and quality that defines FCC.

Catherine has been instrumental in the growth and day-to-day operations of FCC, providing the organizational backbone that supports the company and every project from inception to completion. She oversees administrative, financial, and compliance functions to ensure each project remains on budget, organized and aligned with FCC standards of excellence.
